Klein and Walker’s Flat Doc Contest 2021

RULES:

1. Contest runs from June 1^st – August 5^th. Our staff will vote and the top three winners will be notified by August 11^th!

2. Every patient can submit as many photos as they like. Make sure that the patient is in the picture with the flat docs! BE CREATIVE!

3. Tag us in the photo on Facebook so we can get you entered into the contest! If you don’t have Facebook, email us your photo at frontdesk@kleinwalkerorthodontics.com. Make sure to include the patient’s name with the post or email!

4. Have fun and be creative- we can’t wait to see your summer adventures!
